There are two ways to suspend or close your Tablegame account:

Temporary break (cooling-off): Log in to your account and go to Settings > Responsible Gaming. From there, select a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time you won't be able to log in, but your account and balance will remain safe. Once the period ends, you can return to playing as normal.

Long-term self-exclusion: You can self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years within the same category. Once active, the self-exclusion cannot be reversed during this period. Please withdraw any remaining balance from your account before proceeding.

With Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, knowing your password alone isn't enough to access your account — every login requires a one-time OTP sent to your mobile. Without that code, no one can get in. So even if someone has your password, they can't access your account without your phone.

Betting history: After logging into your account, click the top menu or profile icon. Go to "Betting History" or "My Bets". There you'll find details including date, time, bet amount, odds, match result, and win/loss status. Use the filters to narrow down by specific date or sport type.

Transaction records: Go to the Wallet or "My Account" section and look for "Transaction History".
